Pate stuffed mushrooms
These pate stuffed mushrooms are really easy to make. They are perfect as a starter or part of a party buffet

- 12 mushrooms
- 200 g pate
- 4 sage leaves
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp melted butter or sunflower oil
Preheat the oven to 200C, Gas mark 6
Remove the stalks from the mushrooms and chop into bits
Chop the herbs and mix with the mushroom stalks and pate
Brush the mushrooms with melted butter or oil
Fill with the pate mixture
Place mushrooms on a baking tray and bake for 20 -30 minutes until they are soft
