Almond and banana pinwheels

Ingredients
Leftover Puff Pastry
Mashed banana
Smoked almond spread
I egg whisked for eggwash
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180C, Gas Mark 4
Roll out the pastry to a sheet about 2mm thick
Spread on a thin layer of smoked almond spread
Spoon over the banana to make a think layer
Roll up the sheet of pastry and cut into strips about 1cm thick
Brush each pinwheel with egg wash
Bake for about 20 - 25 minutes until baked though and golden.
Notes
You can replace the bananas and smoked almond spread with whatever is in the store cupboard.
