Ingredients
  • Leftover Puff Pastry
  • Mashed banana
  • Smoked almond spread
  • I egg whisked for eggwash
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C, Gas Mark 4
  2. Roll out the pastry to a sheet about 2mm thick
  3. Spread on a thin layer of smoked almond spread
  4. Spoon over the banana to make a think layer
  5. Roll up the sheet of pastry and cut into strips about 1cm thick
  6. Brush each pinwheel with egg wash
  7. Bake for about 20 - 25 minutes until baked though and golden.
Recipe Notes

You can replace the bananas and smoked almond spread with whatever is in the store cupboard.
