Peel and crush the garlic clove.

Pre-heat a chargrill pan or grill
Toast the bread on both sides

Chargrill on both sides for about one minute.
Chop the pepper into slices and chargrill these
Arrange the pepper and courgette on the toasted bread
Season with parmesan cheese and black pepper
Drizzle with any remaining glaze
