Home made pizza

Ingredients

  • To make the base
  • 300 g strong bread flour
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 ml warm water
  • To make the topping
  • Cirio pizza sauce
  • Grated cheese
  • 1 onion chopped
  • ½ red pepper chopped
  • slices of fajita flavoured chicken
  • Chopped mushrooms

Instructions

  • Place the flour in a bowl and add the salt and yeast.
  • Add the warm water and olive oil and stir with a spoon until a dough is formed.
  • Knead for around five minutes until smooth.
  • Leave to rest for around thirty minutes at room temperature.
  • Preheat the oven to 220C, Gas Mark 8
  • Shape into round pizza shapes
  • Top with the cirio sauce and the rest of the toppings
  • Bake for ten to fifteen minutes until crisp
