Place the flour in a bowl and add the salt and yeast.
Add the warm water and olive oil and stir with a spoon until a dough is formed.
Knead for around five minutes until smooth.
Leave to rest for around thirty minutes at room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 220C, Gas Mark 8
Shape into round pizza shapes
Top with the cirio sauce and the rest of the toppings
Bake for ten to fifteen minutes until crisp
