Slow cooked mustard maple chops

Ingredients

pork chops

garlic cloves

maple syrup

Dijon mustard

brown sugar

balsamic vinegar

tbsp
cornflour
1
tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Instructions
Season the chops with salt and pepper.
Rub oil onto the slow cooker using kitchen roll and place the chops inside.
Combine all the other ingredients to make a sauce and pour over the chops
Cook on low for 7 - 9 hours until the chops are tender
