Slow cooked mustard maple chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 85 g maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Season the chops with salt and pepper.
  • Rub oil onto the slow cooker using kitchen roll and place the chops inside.
  • Combine all the other ingredients to make a sauce and pour over the chops
  • Cook on low for 7 - 9 hours until the chops are tender
