Mix all the cereal, oats and sultanas in a bowl, crushing the cereal if required.
In a pan combine the butter, honey, sugar and vanilla essence
Cook until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves
Pour over the dry mixture and stir until it binds together.
Add half the chocolate chips, keeping some to add to the top of the bars
Press the mixture into a square baking tray lined with baking parchment
Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips on top
Leave to cool in the fridge for two hours
Cut into squares
