Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.

Cook the sausages until golden and cooked though.

Slice in half

Mix the mustard, golden syrup and Worcestershire sauce together and add to the pan.

Coat the sausages in the sauce.

Butter the bread and divide the sausage between the slices, adding a touch of sauce from the pan over the top.
