Preheat the oven to 180C 350F, Gas Mark 4
Core the apples and place on a baking tray
Cook in the oven until soft, about thirty minutes.
Leave the apples to cool, skin and purée them.
Add the other ingredients to the apples and mash with a potato masher.
Grease a baking dish and line with puff pastry.
Add the filling and top with puff pastry.
Place in the oven and cook until brown, around forty minutes.
