Butterscotch Sauce with Cornflowers
Ingredients
- 250 ml cream
- 250 g brown sugar
- 60 g butter
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- handful cornflower petals
Instructions
- Place the ingredients into a pan and bring to the boil, stirring all the time.
- Simmer on a low heat until the sauce thickens.
- Leave to cool
