Preheat the oven to 200C Gas Mark 4
Cook the vol-au-vont cases according to the directions or use ready made cases.
Add some goats cheese to each pastry case.
In a frying pan gently cook the pancetta until crispy.
Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for a couple of minutes
Add some pancetta and chutney into each vol-au-vont case and top with a cherry tomato.
Heat in the oven for ten minutes until warmed though.
