French Toast

Ingredients

  • white bread 2 slices per person
  • 2 eggs per two slice of bread
  • 50 ml cream per 2 slices of bread
  • cinnamon
  • butter
  • maple syrup

Instructions

  • Mix together together the eggs and the cream.
  • Dip each slice of bread into the egg and cream mixture until both sides are covered
  • Melt the butter in a frying pan
  • Gently fry the bread until both sides are golden
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and top with maple syrup

Notes

Serve with chopped banana and blueberries for the ultimate French toast
