Noodle Salad

Ingredients

  • Amoy straight to wok noodles
  • 225 g mange-tout
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 orange pepper
  • 225 g baby corn
  • Amoy stir fry sauce with garlic and five spice

Instructions

  • Heat some oil in a pan.
  • Add the mange-tout, red,yellow and orange pepper and the baby corn.
  • Add the Amoy straight to wok noodles.
  • Sprinkle over the Amoy stir fry sauce with garlic and chinese five spice until everything is evenly coated.
  • Cook until the noodles come apart.
  • Place in a bowl and leave to cool
