Peanut Brittle

Ingredients

  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 25 g peanuts chopped

Instructions

  • Very gently heat the sugar in a frying pan until it melts and goes golden.
  • Add the nuts and mix well.
  • Pour onto a silicon mat, I used a silicon loaf tin.
  • Cool until hardened and then break into pieces
