Tame the Frizz with Braun Satin-Hair

At the moment the weather is wet and windy, which is not doing my hair much good. It is fine and flyaway at the best of times. After walking the dog I feel I am doing a great impression of the wild woman of Borneo. My hair is wild and frizzy and all over the place. It would be a great Halloween look but is not so good for normal life. At times like this I need a helping hand to restore my hair and make it look smooth and shiny. When Braun got in touch and asked me if I would like to try their Braun Satin-Hair 7 brush with IONTEC I had to say yes. It is a hair brush that releases a stream of ions when you are brushing your hair, which act to tame the frizz and add more shine. I was really interested to see if it worked.

Braun Satin-HairThe Braun Satin-Hair 7 looks pretty much like a normal hairbrush apart from the fact it has a switch on the handle. The box contains two AAA batteries which need to put in the brush to make it work. These are easily inserted, a slide of panel on the handle reveals the battery compartment. Once the compartment is closed the brush is ready to go.

Braun Satin-HairWhen you press the button the hairbrush lights up with a green glow, signifying that the ion stream is working. The brush emits a stream of negatively charged ions that wrap themselves round the hair strands acting to smooth hair and make it more shiny.
Braun Satin-Hair 7I was expecting the brush to hum or judder while the ions were emitted but the green glow was the only indication it was working. I then tried the brush in my hair. The brush itself was easy to use, the bristles feature seamless bristle technology and they glide gently though your hair. The cushion pad is soft and it is also removable for easy cleaning. I found that the brush worked really well, my hair looked much shinier and the frizz had gone. I was quite impressed at the results and happy that it worked.
The Braun Satin-Hair 7 would be easy to pack to take on holiday with you, it is just like a normal hair brush and does not need a cord to plug in to get it to work. The portable size is a big plus for me, as well as the ease of use.

The Braun Satin-Hair 7 is RRP £21.99.

I was sent the Braun Satin-Hair in return for an honest review
