Nip + Fab have produced another of their wonder products, this time it is Nip + Fab Sheer Makeup Fix. Described as a multi-tasking BB cream ( which apparently stands for clear blemish balm) it is said to even out skin tone and improve skin texture, leaving it looking softer, younger and more energised looking.

The miracle ingredients are something called oislife, which works to lift firm and soften wrinkles, hyaluronic acid to plump up your skin and oat extract for its calming soothing properties. It can be used on its own or as a make up primer.

Make up primers are not something I have ever used previously but they create the perfect base for your make up, evening out your skin tone and making a more even surface for your make up to cling to for a more flawless look.

So does it work? You are meant to apply it onto your face and neck after cleansing your skin. I squeezed a little bit from the tube, it is translucent white and creamy in appearance, and applied it. I did not notice an instant effect but after wearing it for a little while I definitely noticed that my skin looked firmer and less wrinkled than it normally does. I definitely felt that it make me look younger. I really liked this product and it has definitely converted me to the benefits of using a make up primer.

Nip+Fab has a growing list of celebrities who use it, including Victoria Beckham, Sienna Miller, Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Anniston and Gwyneth Paltrow so I am in good company when I use it!
