Create My Tweet

Samsung Electronics have come up with a fabulous idea which shows off the full potential of the Samsung Galaxy Note, the new phone that has just been launched that is a mix of a tablet and a phone with a special S-Pen allowing you to use it as a notepad.

From 22nd November till 25th November between 9am and 9 pm GMT Samsung Electronics is teaming up with four of the UK’s most talented illustrators who will use a Galaxy Note to create original pieces of art from a 140 character tweet.

The four artists will use key features of the Samsung Galaxy Note to create a unique work, using the S-pen, S memo and a number of other applications optimised for running on the Note. You need to tweet @sumsungmobile using the hashtag #createmytweet for the chance to get your tweet made into a unique piece of art.

I tried it earlier and this was the result, I think it is really fabulous and shows off the potential of the Samsung Galaxy Note.

Samsung Galaxy Note – Its in the shops!

The Samsung Galaxy Note is released in the UK this week (November 17th) and I am excited. It looks to be a great device, a large phone, a small tablet and it comes with an S-pen to allow you to jot notes down on the go. It was born from consumer insights and utilises the most powerful technology to combine the core on-the-go benefits of diverse mobile devices. I would love one of these, it really would cut down on junk in my handbag. At the moment I have a notebook, a diary and several pens. This would take the place of all of them and I can also use it to make calls and surf on the go.

So where can you get one?

They are available on the high street, in the normal phone outlet stores we all know. For example O2, Carphone Warehouse and Phones4U. You can also get them online. If you want to buy outright you can get them at Amazon and Play for example or you can look for contract deals with the phone outlets.

I am going to be having a look on the High Street and seeing if I can spot any out there. Are you going to buy a Note? Does it appeal to you or not? I would love to know what you think of them. If you spot any out there do let me know!
