  1. Paitning my toe nails. Partly because for many years I didn’t have any, so now I like to celebrate them, and partly because when I’ve done it, I can say “Sorry, Ican’t do that, I’m waiting for my toe nails to dry” when anybody asksme to do something.

  2. A hot bubbly bath with a heated face mask and a body scrub! Nothing nicer than stepping out the bath feeling so clean and polished! Then into my pjs and if there are clean sheets on the bed – all the better!

  3. in a nice hot bath, with loads of bubbles and a nice cup of tea and with the door locked, so no little people can come in to join me.

  4. A bubble bath, my favourite body wash, an occasional face mask, filed and painted nails and eyebrows done every few weeks

  5. I love a nice hot relaxing bath, then when I get out I like to use my body butter so my skin feels lovely and soft.

  6. BATH BY CANDLELIGHT,FOLLOWED BY A MASSAGE THEN SNUGGLE ON SOFA WITH MY PARTNER & PUPPY AND HOT CHOCOLATE SIMPLY HEAVEN!!!!!!X

  7. When I need pampering – I go for a float in a flotation tank. In the space of 1 hour, I can actually drift off to sleep and feel amazingly refreshed after!

  8. I love a long hot bath on cold nights & then getting into fresh Pyjamas. I also enjoy doing my nails, when my nails look nice, i feel much better in myself!

  9. I pamper myself by giving myself a home facial doing my nails and having a relaxing day and drinking lots of water to flush out all the baddies-it always perks me up for a Monday morning!

  10. I like to have a lovely warm bubbly bath, then shut myself away in my bedroom away from the hubby and four kids, put on some music, then give myself a thorough treatment of body cream, face mask then cream, nails and eyebrows plucked… unfortunately don’t get to do this as often as I would like!

  11. I dont have much time, between children, housework, work and study – so pamper time comes low on my list im afraid. I paint my toenails, spray perfume on and brush my hair (I have very loing hair) that makes me feel good enough,

  12. A hot-as-I-dare bath with essential oils – rosemary or sage for strengthening and uplifting, or jasmine or honeysuckle for something sexier!

  13. I like to have a long soak in a bath of aromatic oils, then moisturise from head to toe, before curling up on the sofa with a hot chocolate, and a good book.

  14. A hot water bottle, a face massage from my daughter who has just quaified in beauty therapy (of course I ask for a facial under the pretence of me doing her a favour by giving her extra experience) a bar of white chocolate and a good horror flick x

  15. I like to go to the jacuzzi at my gym, when it’s quiet – it’s so relaxing and it helps me clear my head and sort out my priorities :-)

  16. I love going for a wax at the local salon as a nice pamper treat, but last time I went it cost nearly £50!! So I’m sticking to at home treatments for the next month or two…
Putting in a leave in conditioner, doing a face-mask and reading a nice book is my go-to cheap pamper option at the moment :)

  17. When I have trouble sleeping, I love my husband giving me an all over body tickle. It’s so relaxing, it always sends me to sleep.

  18. Hmmm, I spent a lot of time pampering others by doing reiki and crystal therapy on them and love getting the same treatments myself but it doesn’t quite work when you do it on yourself sooooo, I’d have to say, going to another therapist and having a treatment. Nothing beats being able to lie on the couch for an hour and just forget everything. My favourite is a back, neck and shoulder massage but reiki comes a close second.

  19. Baths are a very rare treat for me having suffered a knee problem since the age of 13 so when I do have a bath I make it a real pamper day. hot bubble bath, candles fav book, chocolate bar (of course!) face pack, do my feet and leave myself so relaxed I fall alseep within the hour of getting out! This would make my weekend this prize!

  20. I ask my other half to take our son out to the cinema so I can pamper myself with a candle lit bubble bath listening to my favourite CD!

  21. Pedicures…. I just love taking my steel toe capped boots off, plonking my feet in my foot spa for 15 minutes, rasping, rubbing, moisturising and varnishing and then looking down afterwards and dreaming of the few chances that I get to put on strappy sandals or high heels and reminding myself that I am actually a female :)

  22. I would just love to have a bubble bath without the kids deciding they need the bathroom, drink, attention, playing up, winding each other up at that moment in time or the dogs wanting to join me in the bathroom and sulking and squeaking when i dont let them.

  23. long soak in a hot bubble bath, lush bath bombs and some scented candles, a large bar of galaxy followed by a mug of mint hot chocolate….mmm heaven :D

  24. Love taking an hour long bath with a face mask, hair mask, bubbles, candles and always a huge fluffy towel to get out to. Not that I manage to find the time to use this very often, it’s more often than not a five minute shower :(

  25. Long hot baths, going OTT on the bubbles :-)
Will be adding a large glass of wine to that by spring when hopefully I’ll be 4st lighter than I was last summer. 45lbs off already & only 11lbs to go :-)

  26. I like to have a long hot soak in the bath, give myself a pedicure and manicure and the curl up with a good book in bed

  27. Being a new mum I don’t get much time to pamper myself, but what I love is in the evening, when the little one has just gone down after a feed, sitting curled up on the sofa with my gorgeous husband, with a steaming mug of hot chocolate and a couple of chapters of my favourite books….that’s my idea of a lovely pamper session at the moment!

  28. I love to soak in the bath with plenty of bubbles, a hot chocolate, good book and a chunk or two of chocolate – bliss

  29. At the moment I’m really loving using a nice warming face mask (that gently releases heat as you wear it – great for the complexion), some lovely scented candles and a nice foot soak…ahh bliss!

  30. My favourite pampering time is a long soak in the bath; followed by some exfoliating treatment of my body and re-hydrating with the right body lotion
